These days I am getting sick many
times. I feel that I cannot control my negative thoughts. Even sometimes I have
become depressed. Moreover, from time to time I feel weak, above all, when I
have just woken up.
Nevertheless, I think that I have
found the answer to solve this problem that does not let me enjoy the majority
of moments. This is, to make my mind and body stronger. To achieve it I should
begin eating more fruits, vegetables, eggs, lean meat, as well as drinking too
much water every day. On the other hand, to improve my physical condition I am
going to cut down on eating junk food and to start doing exercises every day,
or at least three times a week. Some of the sports I have considered to do are:
running, squats, roller blading, and above all, go walking. In this way, I also
consider that I would improve my skin and appearance. As a result, I would feel
better with myself and I would be more concentrated on getting my goals and on
studying and passing the exams.
